Need to send something back?
It’s a super easy process, all you have to do is email our Customer Care specialists to email@example.com.
We will provide you with a Return label you can attach to your package to send it back. No Postage is Required. Simply drop your package in a mailbox or your closest Australia Post location.
Exchanges are not available at this time. Any return item will be refunded to store credit upon receipt at our warehouse. Please note that there is a fee of $5.00 USD that will be deducted from your total refund. If you would like to replace your order right away, we invite you to place another order online. Be advised standard shipping rates do apply.
Before you begin your return process, please make sure you ship back your entire set in its new, unworn condition within 90 days of delivery. Sets cannot be dirty, damaged or incomplete (e.g. a bra and panty set missing the panty).
