To process a return or exchange you’ll need to email us at email@example.com with your order number and item you’d like to return or exchange, we’ll be happy to help with your request!
We’ll provide you with a return shipping label for your return so no additional postage is required. Simply drop your package in a mailbox or your closest Australia Post location.
Any return set or equivalent will be refunded upon receipt at our warehouse. Please note that a $5.95 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Before you begin your exchange/return process, please be sure you ship back your entire set in its new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept dirty, damaged or incomplete sets (e.g. a bra and panty set missing the panty).
Package the items and affix the return label printed from your account, be sure that the return shipping is visible and any other label is completely covered.
Drop the return in a mailbox or your closest Australia Post location. Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.
Please allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.
