How do I return my item?

You can create a return for a VIP or Pay As You Go order directly in your Adore Me account.

We don't provide packing slips with your order so you'll need to sign into your Adore Me account online to start your exchange process. Once you are logged in follow the steps below:

  1. Go to **My Orders**
  2. Select the order you'd like to Exchange/Return.
  3. Click on the **Create Return/Exchange** button that's found at the bottom of the subsequent page.
  4. Choose Return then, click **Continue**
  5. On the subsequent page, click on the **Print Label** button and follow any additional steps.


Before you begin your return process, please make sure you:

  • Ship back your entire set in its new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept dirty, damaged or incomplete sets (e.g. a bra and panty set missing the panty).
  • Package the items and affix the return label printed from your account, be sure that the return shipping is visible and any other label is completely covered.
  • Drop the return in your mailbox, with your mailman, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.


Other important information:

  • Free tracking is included for all addresses within the U.S.
  • We recommend Canadian shoppers purchase insurance for all shipments
  • Each returned set is subject to a $5.95 restocking fee
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns
  • We currently do not offer returns for New Zealand, Singapore, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and UAE

Please allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.
