Need to send something back? Here's what you need to know before you begin your return process:

All the information you’ll need to return this set is available in your account. It’s easy—just log in and visit Returns & Exchanges in your account, then follow the step-by-step directions.

Don't forget:

  • Make sure to ship back the entire set in its new, unworn condition within 90 days of delivery! We cannot accept partial sets (e.g. a bra and panty set missing the panty)
  • Print and complete the Return and Exchange form available from your account details once you have requested a label
  • Package the items in the original or any other box, affix the return label that was printed from your account and then seal securely with tape to prevent contents from falling out
  • Affix the pre-paid return label over the original mailing label
  • Drop the return in your mailbox, with your mailman, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.

Other important information:

  • Free tracking is included for all addresses within the U.S.
  • We recommend Canadian shoppers purchase insurance for all shipments
  • Each returned set is subject to a $5.95 restocking fee
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns
  • We do not currently offer returns for New Zealand, Singapore, Mexico, U.A.E and Saudi Arabia
