Sure! It's easy to get a refund if you forget to skip the month. Here's what you should know:
- Credits resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th are eligible for a refund up to 30 days past the date of the charge
- You can request a refund in your Adore Me account without having to call or email us
- Select "Account Dashboard" tab
- Click on "Request A Refund" button
- Allow us 1-3 business for the refund to appear into your account
