I got charged, but I didn’t shop. Why’s that?

Did you forget to skip the month? 

  • Remember, the VIP Membership (one of the payment options you first selected during checkout) is a flexible, but active membership
  • All you need to do each month is visit your showroom between the 1st and the 5th of every month
  • You either make a purchase or Skip The Month (a button in your showroom)
  • If you don't do either of these things, you will see a $39.95 charge on your card and it will appear on your Adore Me account as store credit

The store credit will remain active on your account and you can shop with it anytime!

Would you like a refund?

  • Credits resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th are eligible for a refund up to 30 days of the date of the initial charge
  • You can request a refund in your Adore Me account without having to call or email us
  • Select "Account Dashboard" tab
  • Click on "Request A Refund" button
  • Allow us 1-3 business for the refund to appear in your account
