How do I delete my account?.

You can close your account without contacting our customer care team. By clicking on this LINK you can cancel your membership right away. It's a breeze. Simply follow the steps, and once you have completed your unsubscription, you will no longer be a part of the monthly membership to shop or skip before the 6th.

How can I request a refund if I forget to skip the month?

It's super easy to get a refund if you forget to skip the month! Here's what you should know:

  • Credits resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th are eligible for a refund up to 30 days past the date of the charge
  • You can request a refund in your Adore Me account without having to call or email us
  • Select "Account Dashboard" tab
  • Click on "Request A Refund" button
  • Allow us 1-3 business for the refund to appear in your charged account
