How do I return my Elite Box?

Love everything in your box? Great! We love a good match story.

However, if there’s anything that’s not quite right, worry not! Returns are super easy; there’s two options

1. Go online before the try at home period ends (7 days from delivery date) and let us know what you’d like to return - this is our fav because we can get your input right away on how to improve further, and you don’t have to wait until the box reaches us for a refund - win-win.

  • The $20 credit only applies to your order if there is at least one item kept
  • We'll ask you some (optional) questions about your order to learn how to make the service even better - thank you in advance for your feedback!

2. Send the box directly to us and we’ll refund you for what we receive once we process everything in our system. 


Whatever option you choose:

  • Ship back for FREE with the pre-paid return label included with your box; piece of cake (yum).
  • Drop off your box to your local post office or schedule a pick up by your local mail carrier.
  • You have 90 days from when the try at home period ends to sent the items back to us.
  • For hygiene purposes, the items need to be unworn, unwashed, all tags attached, and overall good condition to be received in our warehouse.
