When you enroll in the Elite subscription you go through the Elite style quiz and the checkout step. After this our Elite stylists get to know your styling preferences so they can start working on your first Elite box.
Next you can expect the following:
- The first Elite box will be created, shipped and delivered to you within approximately 2 weeks, after you finish checking out to get your first box.
- In the subsequent months, on approximately the same day of the month, you'll receive your monthly Elite box.
How to keep track of your Elite box's progress: you can always keep an eye on the progress of your latest Elite box's processing and shipping by going to the My Box section of your Adore Me account's Elite Dashboard. We'll also email you with the Elite box's tracking number and other details once it ships out.
Frequently asked questions
If I change my mind after sharing my initial styling preferences and want different Elite styles, what can I do? We want to offer you as much flexibility & personalization as possible so that's why within your Elite Dashboard's My Style Hub you can always update your styling preferences. You can set your preferred sizes, product types, box themes (e.g. Everyday Essentials), and more.
Is there any other way to share my preferences with you? Certainly! Within your Elite Dashboard you can also find the "Is this your style?" quiz where we show you different products which we think you might like. You can mark each of those products in the quiz as either "Skip it" or "Love it". This too helps our Elite stylists to know your styling preferences even better.
What if I want to pick products from the site to receive them in my Elite box? You can do that too! Within your Elite Dashboard's My Style Hub, you have a wishlist where you can add products from the site which you'd like to receive in your upcoming Elite boxes.
If I add a product in my wishlist is it guaranteed that it'll be added in my next Elite box? Our Elite stylists will always take into account the products from your wishlist when they put together your next Elite box but not all products from your wishlist might be available in your preferred sizes when the box is compiled. If this happens, our stylists will try to add those products in your next Elite boxes, if they return in stock in your sizes.
