{VIP} I forgot to skip the month, how can I get a refund?

 

VIP store credit resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th is refundable, up to 30 days of the date of the initial charge within your account without having to call or email us.

REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund follow the steps below.

  • Select "Account Dashboard" tab
  • Click on "Request A Refund" button
  • Allow us 1-3 business for the refund to appear in your account
