Once your order is placed we work quickly to get it packaged and ready for shipment. Orders cannot be edited or an address updated once it has been placed. However, within 30 minutes of placing your order you have the ability to cancel then replace it with the updated deets. Cancel your order here.
Once your order is cancelled you can update your shipping address in your account within the Personal Information section under the "My Account" tab. Then place a new order with your updated shipping details.
If your order is older than 30 minutes and cannot be cancelled, here's what will happen:
- The order will be sent to our warehouse team to ensure you are able to receive your package within 3-7 days.
- If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to our warehouse
- A refund will be issued in store credits on your Adore Me account
- You can use this store credit to place a new order, with the correct address
