The Skip the Month button is only active for VIP members directly in your account from the 1st to the 5th of the month.
All you need to do is visit your showroom between the 1st and 5th of the month then click the "SKIP THE MONTH" button
Once the month has been skipped, the text will change to "Month Skipped" to confirm that this request has gone through properly and you will receive a confirmation email.
You can also Pause your membership directly in your account. This allows you to pause your VIP membership for up to 3 months at a time while keeping your VIP perks. You can sign up for this option here.
