You can create an exchange for VIP or Pay As You Go orders directly in your Adore Me account online within 30 days of your order's delivery. (The Adore Me mobile app does not support return/exchange requests.)
Packing slips aren't provided with your order so you'll need to sign into your Adore Me account online to start your exchange process. Once you are logged in follow the steps below:
- Go to **My Orders**
- Select the order you'd like to Exchange/Return.
- Click on the **Create Return/Exchange** button that's found at the bottom of the subsequent page. (This button is only available up to 30 days of your order's delivery.)
- Choose Exchange then, click **Continue**
- On the subsequent page, click on the **Print Label** button and follow any additional steps.
- Use the voucher code provided to replace the item right away. No need to wait for your returned set/item to be received by our warehouse
Before you begin your exchange process, please make sure you:
- Ship back your entire set in its new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept dirty, damaged or incomplete sets (e.g. a bra and panty set missing the panty).
- Package the items and affix the return label printed from your account, be sure that the return shipping is visible and any other label is completely covered.
- Drop the return in your mailbox, with your mailman, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.
Other important information:
- Free tracking is included for all addresses within the U.S.
- We recommend Canadian shoppers purchase insurance for all shipments
- You are entitled to make up to 3 exchanges of an original purchase, after which the item can no longer be exchanged or refunded
- Final sale items are only eligible to be exchanged for the same product in a different size while supplies last
- Exchanged items are not subject to a restocking fee
- We do not currently offer exchanges for New Zealand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and UAE.
- After 30 days of your order's delivery the Return/Exchange button will no longer be visible in your account.
Please allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.
