{VIP} I forgot to skip the month and was charged Store Credit, how can I get a refund?

VIP store credit resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th is refundable within your account up to 30 days of the date of the initial charge. Use this link, REQUEST A REFUND, to refund yourself directly in your Adore Me account. 

To request a refund be sure your are logged into your Adore Me account and follow the steps below.

  • Select "Account Dashboard" tab
  • Click on "Request A Refund" button
  • Allow us 1-3 business for the refund to appear in your account

To request a store credit refund older than 30 days but less than a year please contact us at                       1 (800) 433-2367, Monday – Sunday 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. (EST).
