Why is my Elite box taking so long?

We know you're excited to receive your Elite box and apologize that shipping may be taking longer than expected. We can assure you, however, that we’ll always provide updates and keep you as informed as possible throughout the process. 

Keep up-to-date with your package’s whereabouts by making sure you have your tracking number on hand, which you can find directly in your Adore Me account here.

(Full disclosure: Our shipping carriers don’t always update the tracking information as often as we’d like. Sometimes, packages will be delivered without being marked as so in the tracking database.) 

We wish we could teleport it directly to you—but until that technology exists, we’ll keep working as hard as we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. (We promise it’s worth the wait!)
