How to apply a gift card, voucher code or promo / discount code
All you need to do is:
- Copy the code you wish to apply.
- Select your desired product and add it in your shopping bag in your preferred size.
- Go to your shopping bag.
- Paste your code in the "Promo Code or Gift Card" box and click Apply.
- Click on CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT and place your order.
- Repeat as needed.
If the "Promo Code or Gift Card" box isn't showing up right from the start, click on the: "Have a Promo Code / Gift Card?" section of your shopping bag's first page and the box will appear.
The voucher, promo / discount or gift card code isn't working
Here are some common reasons as to why a code might not work:
- The code was typed in manually and a character might've been written incorrectly (codes are case sensitive). To avoid code formatting errors, please copy paste the code in the "Promo Code or Gift Card" box.
- The promo / discount code's offer might have expired. Most offers are time sensitive.
- The promo / discount code's offer is an exclusive offer only for VIP members.
- The promo / discount code's offer is a welcome offer only for your first order.
- You are trying to combine promotional offers on our website.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use more than 1 code on my order? Only 1 code can be used per order, regardless if it's a voucher, promo or gift card code.
Can I combine promotional offers? You cannot combine promotional offers, but if you happen to apply more than one, Adore Me will always choose the better deal for you during checkout!
Can I combine voucher codes with promotional offers? Voucher codes and promotional offers can't be combined. You can place an order to redeem the voucher code and another order to redeem the promotional offer.
What do I do if I have multiple voucher codes? If you have multiple vouchers, you can simply place multiple orders. A voucher code will cover the full retail value of any one product on the website.
