We want every item to be a perfect match. But if something didn’t work out, don’t stress — returning is simple.
Depending on how you shopped with us (a standard order or an Elite box), finding your label works a little differently.
For VIP Members & Non-Members
If you placed a standard order through our website or app, you have 30 days from the delivery date to make a return. Your return label is digital and waiting for you in your account.
How to print your label:
Log in to your Adore Me account.
Head over to your Order History.
Find the order you want to return and click “Return Items” (or “Track / Return” on the App).
Select the specific items you are sending back and follow the prompts.
Download and print your prepaid return label.
Getting your package to us: Once your items are packed and the return label is attached (making sure to cover any old shipping labels), you are ready to send it off.
You can leave the package in your mailbox, hand it to your mailman, or drop it off at work or the post office without waiting in line.
Important: Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this may result in delays.
Troubleshooting:
Error downloading? If you receive an error message when trying to download your return label, please reach out to our Customer Care team so we can help you sort it out.
No printer? We recommend printing your label at a local post office or library, as they usually have printers available. If that isn't an option for you, please contact our team for additional help.
For Elite Subscribers
If you are trying on looks from your Elite box, the process is slightly different.
Check the box: Your Elite box comes with a prepaid return label included right inside the package, located under the original shipping label.
Mind the time frame: You have 7 days from the delivery date to try everything on. Once that try-at-home period ends, please make sure to ship your return items back within the next 10 days.
Lost the label? If you misplaced the label that came with your box, you can easily print a new one. Just log in to your account, go to your Elite section, and complete your checkout (indicating which items you are keeping vs. returning). You will be able to print a new label from there.
