Where is my return label?

For all VIP and Pay As You Go orders your return labels can be accessed and printed directly from your Adore Me account online. We do not provide printed labels with your packaged order. 

You'll need access to a computer to start your Exchange/Return process and print the pre-paid return label offered to you on the spot. You may save your return label as a PDF so you can print it at a later time if needed.

No printer? We recommend to print in the post office or at a library as they usually have printers available. If this isn't an option, you can contact our team by calling us at 1 (800) 433-2367 with the order number for additional help.

For Elite boxes your return label is located directly on your Elite box under the original shipping label. Simply tear off the original label to locate your return label, learn more here.

  • Make sure to return your Elite sets within 10 days after the 7 day try-on period ends and we'll take care of the rest!

 Before you begin your VIP / Pay As You Go return/exchange process, please make sure:

  • You ship back your entire set in its new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept dirty, damaged or incomplete sets (e.g. a bra and panty set missing the panty).
  • Package the items and affix the return label printed from your account, be sure that the return shipping is visible and any other label is completely covered.
  • Drop the return in your mailbox, with your mailman, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.
