We get it—sometimes you put an item in the mail pile only to pull it out five minutes later because you decided it’s a must-keep. A change of heart is totally normal, and we make it easy to cancel a return or exchange request right from your account!
How to Cancel an Existing Return Request
Here’s the step-by-step to tell us you’re keeping the style that’s so you:
Log in to your Adore Me account online.
Go to the My Orders.
Select the order that you no longer wish to return or exchange.
Scroll down to the product you decided to keep and click on the “Returned” status.
Look for the “Changed your mind?” section and click the Cancel Return/Exchange button.
It’s done! Your return or exchange is officially canceled.
A Quick Note on Exchanges
If you requested an exchange and have already used the provided store credit to place your replacement order, we won't be able to cancel the original return.
This is because we’ve already processed and shipped your new item.
You will need to make sure the original product is sent back to us, or you’ll incur an additional charge for the replacement order.
How to change the return type for an existing return request
Log in to your Adore Me account online.
Go to the My Orders.
Select the order for which you have already started a return or exchange.
Scroll down to the product you decided to keep and click on the “Returned” status.
Look for the “Changed your mind?” section and look for the "Switch to" button.
