What are the tiers of the A-List rewards program?

As a US customer, will my points from the previous Friends to Lovers rewards program transfer to the A-List rewards program?
Yes! If you were enrolled in Friends to Lover, all of your points will be automatically converted to A-List points (10:1 ratio). For example, if you had 1,000 Friends to Lovers points, they will convert to 100 A-List points and you will automatically unlock a $5 Reward. Customers in Canada, please check the link for more information.

Can I earn points for purchases made as a guest?
No, you cannot earn points as a guest. Be sure to sign into your account to earn points every time you shop!

How did I get enrolled in the A-List rewards program?

How do I earn points and rewards? 
A-List members earn points for every dollar spent on eligible purchases made on adoreme.com. Points add up to A-List rewards that you can spend on qualifying purchases. For every 100 points, members earn a $5 reward coupon. For more details, visit our terms of usage.

Can A-List rewards be combined with other promo codes and offers? 
Yes, a maximum of 2 A-List rewards & offers and 2 non-A-List offers can be applied on the same order. 

Where can I see my A-List points and track my status?
You can view your current points balance, tier status, and reward history on your account profile under the A-List rewards section. 

What purchases qualify for earning points?
Points are earned on all eligible orders on adoreme.com including sale items. Shipping, taxes, Gift Cards, or the Adore Me Premier service do not qualify. 
Note on Refunds: ALL A-List rewards members enjoy free and easy returns on unworn and unused items. If you are not an A-List rewards member, a $5.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

When can I expect points to be reflected in my account?
A-List points are granted once your order ships. It may take up to 72 hours after your order ships for the points to be reflected in your account. 

Can I earn points in stores, on Amazon or other marketplaces?
No. You can only earn A-List reward points on eligible orders on adoreme.com. For more details, visit our terms of usage.

If I return an order, what happens to my points?
If you return an order where you earned reward points, the points will be adjusted from your balance once the return is processed, which may result in a negative points balance.

Troubleshooting

I don't see my A-List rewards at checkout.
A-List rewards are generated automatically once you reach the spending threshold based on your tier.

I already have a $5 A-List reward in my account. I haven’t made any purchases yet.
That $5 A-List reward in your account is yours to keep — it's a reward you've already earned. When you joined A-List, your Friends to Lovers points were automatically converted into A-List points (10:1 ratio). Since you had over 1,000 points, they became 100 A-List points, which unlocked that $5 coupon. No purchase needed — it's ready to use whenever you are.
