We discontinued the subscription box program effective April 1st. And we are no longer releasing or shipping any additional subscription boxes going forward.
Any boxes that have already processed or shipped will still be delivered as expected, and customers are not being charged for future boxes.

No. Subscription box billing has stopped and there will be no additional charges.

Do I need to take action or cancel my subscription?
No action is required. Your Elite subscription is inactive and you will not be billed.
