In early March, we paused our Elite subscription box program.
We’ve made the decision to discontinue the subscription box program effective April 1st. And we will not be releasing or shipping any additional subscription boxes going forward.
Any boxes that have already processed or shipped will still be delivered as expected, and customers will not be charged for future boxes.

Will any additional boxes be released after April 1st?
No. Additional subscription boxes will not be released effective April 1st.
Will I be charged for any future boxes?
No. Subscription box billing has stopped and there will be no additional charges.
Will I still receive boxes that were already shipped?
Yes. Any boxes that were processed and shipped will still be delivered.
Do I need to take action or cancel my subscription?
No action is required. Your Elite subscription is inactive and you will not be billed.
Will my adoreme.com account remain active?
Yes. Your adoreme.com account will remain active.
