How do I track my order?
Keeping an eye on your delivery is easy. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Check your email: Look for the subject line "Your order has shipped!"
Check your account: You can also track your package by logging into your Adore Me account and visiting your Order History. (select the order you would like to track and click on the "Track Package" button)
How long does the delivery take?
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. After you place an order it usually takes us 1-2 business days to pack and get it ready to ship.
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after the ship date for U.S. orders and 11-14 business days after the ship date for international orders or for non-continental U.S. States and Territories.
Expedited Shipping: If you selected express shipping at checkout, your order will arrive sooner.
How much does the shipping cost?
1. We currently offer the following standard shipping options for U.S. orders:
- Non-Members: $5.95 standard shipping per order.

- Free standard shipping on orders with a paid value of $35+ .
- $5.95 standard shipping on orders with a paid value under $35.
2. Need it in a flash? We offer the following accelerated shipping options for US-continental customers only:
- Orders ship after 1-2 business days of processing.
- Priority Shipping: 3-6 business days delivery after the ship date:
- $7.95 for all US-continental orders.
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days delivery after the ship date:
- $14.95 for all US-continental orders.
- Note: We do not offer accelerated shipping to P.O. Boxes.
3. For International orders the following flat rate shipping fees apply:
- $10.95 on orders shipped to Canada.
- $12.95 on orders shipped to New Zealand and Singapore.
- $15.95 on orders shipped to Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Do you ship internationally? We are currently shipping to US (including non Continental US - Hawaii, US Virgin Islands/Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, APO, and Puerto Rico), Canada, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand. Elite subscriptions are not available outside of the U.S. No exchanges or returns offered for Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand.
I don't see my tracking number yet? Don't worry — it can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update their system after we print the label. If it has been longer than a few days and you still don't see movement, please reach out to us.
