Your Adore Me account balance can include 2 types of Store Credit.
1. Non-promotional store credit:
This is store credit related to a charge made to your card.
- This type does not expire.

- The product exchange process, you can learn more about exchanges & returns HERE
- Refunds, Store Credit is issued to refund orders due to a variety of issues.
2. Promotional store credit:
This is Store Credit that is not related to a charge made to your card.
- This type expires 30 days after the issue date.
Sources of Promotional Store Credit include:
- A courtesy of our Customer Care Team.
- A promotion by our Marketing Team.

Note: Your Store Credit should apply automatically during checkout. If you have both promotional Store Credit and non-promotional Store Credit in your account when you place an order, the promotional store credit will be deducted from your balance first to account for the fact that it is subject to expiration.
