Your Adore Me account balance can include 2 types of Store Credit.
- Store credit:
This is store credit related to a charge made to your card.
- This type does not expire.
Sources of Store Credit include:
- The legacy VIP monthly charges, if they were not yet transitioned to gift cards.
- The product exchange process, you can learn more about exchanges & returns for non-Elite orders: HERE
- Various refunds done in the past. Store Credit is issued to refund non-Elite orders for a variety of reasons. Currently we are not using Store Credits for any type of refund.
2.Shopping Bonus:
- It expires 60 days after the issue date.
Sources of Shopping Bonus include:
- A courtesy of our Customer Care Team.
- The legacy VIP SKIP feature (if the shopping bonus hasn't expired yet).
Frequently asked questions
How do I apply my store credit? Your Store Credit should apply automatically during checkout. If it does not, you can apply it manually by ticking the "Apply Store Credit" box during checkout (next to where you enter your payment information).
If I have both Store Credit and Shopping Bonus, which one applies first when shopping? If you have both types of Store Credit in your account when you place an order, the Shopping Bonus will be deducted from your balance first to account for the fact that it is subject to expiration.
How can I get a refund for my store credit?
- If you have store credit resulted from a legacy VIP charge that's newer than 30 days, you can refund it directly from your online account.
- If you have store credit resulted from a legacy VIP charge that's older than 30 days but newer than 1 year, our Customer Care team can help.
