Though we're sorry to see you go, we're here to help you unsubscribe from your Elite subscription as painlessly as possible.
You can unsubscribe from the Elite subscription at any time, by following these quick steps:
- First, log into your Adore Me account.
- Next, go to your Elite Dashboard's Manage Frequency section: HERE
- Next, scroll down and click on: Cancel Elite Box Subscription.
- From there, click on: CANCEL MY ELITE SUBSCRIPTION and follow the prompts until you see the confirmation that you've been unsubscribed.
After unsubscribing, you will also receive an email confirming that you've unsubscribed from the Elite subscription.
Quick note: if you unsubscribe from the Elite subscription while an Elite box is already on its way to you, that box can't be cancelled. If you don't wish to keep anything from that Elite box you can return it as normal.
