Store credit resulting from the monthly VIP charge on the 6th doesn't expire and is refundable within your account for up to 30 days of the date of the initial charge.
If you wish to refund from your account your VIP store credit that's newer than 30 days you can do that here: REQUEST A REFUND, while logged into your account.
- Select "Account Dashboard" tab.
- Click on "Request A Refund" button (The button is only enabled during the month of your store credit charge).
- Allow 1-3 business for the refund to appear in your account.
