Depending on what happened with your order, here is how we can make it right:

An item went out of stock during processing (Partial Shipment): Sometimes a popular style flies off the shelves faster than we can update our inventory. If an item went out of stock while we were processing your order, we sent the rest of your goodies so you didn't have to wait. Check your email — we likely sent you a voucher code for each out-of-stock product.
Prefer a refund? If you would rather have a refund to your original payment method instead of the voucher, just reach out to our Customer Care team and we will handle that for you.
An item is missing but listed as "Shipped": If your shipment confirmation or packing slip lists an item as shipped, but it is physically missing from your package, please let us know immediately. We will investigate the issue to ensure you get what you ordered.
An item is incorrect, damaged, or dirty: We take quality very seriously. If you received an item that is damaged, soiled, or simply not what you ordered, please snap a photo of the product (including the tag) and the issue. This helps us understand exactly what went wrong.
