How do I edit or cancel an order (the 30-minute rule)?
Our warehouse team processes orders incredibly fast to ensure quick delivery. Because of this, you only have 30 minutes after placing an order to make changes. You can do this in your account.
- What you can change: During this 30-minute window, you can update your shipping address or cancel the order entirely.
- How to do it: Go to your Order History immediately. If the option is still available, you will see a button to edit or cancel.
- After 30 minutes: Once this window passes, the order is already being processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
What do I do after the 30 minutes window passes?
If the order can no longer be cancelled or edited because the 30 minutes period passed, you have the option to refuse it, so the order will be returned to sender and you will be refunded with store credits.
