How do I cancel an order (the 30-minute rule)?
Our warehouse team processes orders incredibly fast to ensure quick delivery. Because of this, you only have 30 minutes after placing an order to cancel it. You can do this in your account.
- How to do it: Go to your Order History immediately. If the option is still available, you will see a button to cancel.
- After 30 minutes: Once this window passes, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.
How do I make changes to an order?
Need to update your order's shipping or billing address, swap a size, change the used payment method, e.g. shopping bonus instead of card, or change other details? If you are still within that first 30-minute window, the easiest way to make a change is to cancel your order and place a new one:
- Address updates: Cancel your order first, then head to your account's saved addresses to update your shipping or billing address before checking out again.
- Other updates: Cancel your order, update your shopping bag with your preferred details — like sizes, items, etc — and head back to checkout with your updated details.
What do I do after the 30 minutes window passes?
If the order can no longer be cancelled because the 30 minutes period passed, you have the option to refuse it, so the order will be returned to sender and you will be refunded with store credits.
