How much does the Signature Gift Box cost?
The Signature Gift Box costs $5.00 per eligible order. The fee will appear as a separate charge in your order total.
Who can purchase the Signature Gift Box?
The Signature Gift Box is available to customers in the United States only. It cannot currently be added to orders shipping to Canada.
Can I add more than one Gift Box to my order?
Only one Signature Gift Box can be added per order. The box is designed to hold all eligible items in your order, rather than provide a separate box for each item.
Can I choose which items go inside the Gift Box?
Not at this time! The Signature Gift Box is designed for all eligible items in an order, so we're unable to pack only selected items from the same order.
If you'd like to gift some items and keep others for yourself, you can place a separate order for the items you'd like to gift and select the Signature Gift Box option at checkout.
Why can't I add a Signature Gift Box to my order?
Not every order is eligible for gift packaging. Availability depends on the items in your cart, the overall size of your order, and Gift Box inventory.
Some products may be too large to fit, and certain combinations of items may not qualify (eg, pre-order items).
If the Gift Box option isn't available at checkout, your order may not meet the eligibility requirements, or Gift Boxes may no longer be available.
Can I add a Gift Box to an order shipping to Canada?
Unfortunately, no. The Signature Gift Box is currently available for US orders only.
Can I earn A-list points on my Gift Box purchase?
A-list points are not awarded for the $5.00 Signature Gift Box purchase.
Will the Signature Gift Box always be available?
Our Signature Gift Box is a limited offering.

What if my Gift Box arrives damaged?
We're sorry if your Gift Box doesn't arrive in the condition you expected. Please reach out to our Customer Care team so we can review your concern and help.

What happens if my order never arrives?
If your order is lost in transit or never arrives, the $5.00 Signature Gift Box fee will be refunded as well.
