{ELITE} How does Adore Me ensure the return process is sanitary?

We completely get it - there's underwear involved. The Adore Me team obsessed over every detail to make sure Elite exchanges are 100% sanitary and products remain in perfect condition. We know that if we mess this up, this entire service will not work:

  • First, we've sold over 4 million bras and countless panties since we launched in 2011. We learned a great deal about how to safely manage the return and exchange process, which gave us the confidence to launch Elite.
  • Every product undergoes a thorough multiple-point inspection when it comes back to our logistics center. It's why we built our own warehouse from scratch - to build the facilities that could handle lingerie returns, specifically (meet some of our teammates here!).
  • Most importantly, we have never received a complaint that a product arrived to a customer appearing used. We hope, if anything, this will put your mind at ease.
  • Each product has its own safeguard. You'll notice panties have a plastic liner that if tampered with, will not be eligible for exchange. Bras have their own procedures different than babydolls different than sleepwear, etc. Again, these processes were built over the past decade of specializing in online lingerie sales.

Our dream for our customers is to make shopping for intimates as comfortable as possible, so we launched try-at-home. Adore Me knows this is a completely new experience for customers, so we're here for it to make sure everyone's concerns are met.
