How do I return my Elite box?

Here’s how to return your Elite box: 

First, go online before the try at home period ends (7 days from delivery date) and let us know what you’d like to return - this is our fav because we can get your input right away on how to improve further and you don’t have to wait until the box reaches us for a refund - win-win.

  • Find your order details HERE
  • Ship your box back for FREE using the pre-paid return label located under the original shipping label directly on your box; piece of cake (yum).
  • Drop off your box to your local post office or schedule a pick up by your local mail carrier.
  • You have 10 days from the end of the try at home period (7 days from the delivery date) to send the items back to us.
  • For hygiene purposes, the items need to be unworn, unwashed, all tags attached, and in overall good condition to be received in our warehouse.

No need to worry if your 7 day try on period has ended! You can return your items by using the return shipping label provided on the box and we’ll refund you for what we receive once it's processed at our warehouse.

If your box is ruined during shipping, you've discarded of it or unable to find the return shipping label please call us at, 1 (800) 433-2367 so we may provide you with an alternate solution to return your order.
