Why hasn’t my Elite box shipped?

We know you're excited to receive your Elite box and probably wondering what the holdup is. Unfortunately, increased demand occasionally causes the Elite team to take a bit longer to curate and process orders. But we promise to keep you updated every step of the way.  

For transparency on our processes: Your stylist works behind the scenes picking sets they think you’ll love. Then, they run checks to ensure the items they picked out are in stock and available at our warehouse. Next, your box starts processing, the sets are carefully packaged, and shipping labels are created and attached. Finally, your Elite box is handed off to our shipping partners for delivery to your doorstep. 

If there happens to be a delay, we’ll be sure to let you know—and update your Elite dashboard—as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we’ll update you and your account with tracking details.
