Sometimes Elite boxes need a little extra time to process while our team puts everything together. We want your Elite box to feel just right, and occasionally that means processing can take a bit longer than usual.
Here’s what happens while your Elite box is processed
Your Elite stylist picks out pieces they think you’ll love and adds in your Elite box the ones which are available in our warehouse. Once that’s confirmed, your box is prepped, packed with care, and labeled before heading to our shipping partners.
If any issues come up, we’ll keep you informed through your Elite Dashboard.
Your Elite Dashboard is the best place to check your Elite box's progress. If anything comes up, we’ll update your dashboard and let you know. And once your Elite box ships, you’ll see tracking details there, too.
