If you need a different size for an item you received in your Elite box we have just the fix! You can swap sets for the same style and color in a different size!
During the 7 day try on period you'll need to log into your account and start your online return form so you can swap your sets. Here's how:
- Go to the box’s return form in your account’s My Orders section.
- Mark the set you want to swap as returned to activate the swap button.
- Press the swap button.
- Choose your size and an order will be created for that set in the size you chose, for the full Elite price.
- Return the swapped set, alongside any other unwanted sets from the box, using the return label found underneath the shipping label affixed on the box.
Please note that the Styling Fee can only be applied as credit to the Elite box itself and cannot be applied to swap orders.
