Here’s how to return unwanted items from your Elite box
- Log into your Adore Me account, while your Elite box's 7 day try-on is still active.
- Go to My Orders
- In My Orders click on Finalize Order for your Elite box (active during the Elite box's 7 day try-on period).
- Mark your Elite sets as either Kept or Returned within the Finalize form.
- Ship your Elite box back for FREE using the pre-paid return label, located under the original shipping label that's affixed on your box (please see the below pictures for reference).
- Drop off your Elite box to your local post office or schedule a pick up by your local mail carrier.
Important details for the Elite returns process
- You have 10 days from the end of the try at home period (7 days from the delivery date) to send the items back to us and for them to be received.
- For hygiene purposes, your returned Elite items need to be unworn, unwashed, all tags attached, and in overall good condition to be received back at our warehouse.
Having trouble with the Elite returns process?
1. Late returns: if your 7 day try-on period has ended, you didn't get a chance to mark your Elite sets as Kept or Returned and you got charged for all of them, you can still return unwanted sets from that Elite box.
- Even though your Elite box's finalize form is no longer active, you can return your Elite sets using the return shipping label provided on the Elite box and we’ll refund you for those returned sets once we receive and process them at our warehouse.
2. Issues with the box (packaging) or the Elite return label: if your box is damaged or you've discarded it, or if your return shipping label is missing or damaged, please reach out to our Customer Care team and our teammates will be happy to help you with an alternate solution.
